Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)

  • 1 can of cream (300g)

  • 1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice

  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12g)

  • 5 tablespoons of water

  • Pulp of 1 passion fruit

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation mode

  • In a small bowl, add the 5 tablespoons of water and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin on top. Let it hydrate for about 5 minutes.
  • After hydrating, heat the gelatin in the microwave for about 15 seconds, or until it is completely dissolved. Do not let it boil.
  • In a blender, add the condensed milk, cream, concentrated passion fruit juice and dissolved gelatin. Beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large bowl or divide into individual bowls.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the mousse is firm.
  • In a small pan, add the passion fruit pulp and sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly.
  • Let cool completely before using.
  • After the mousse is firm, add the passion fruit topping on top.
  • Decorate as desired and serve chilled.
