Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk

1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice

200g semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation mode
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into individual glasses or a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mousse is firm.
- Chop the semi-sweet chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent it from burning.
- Add the cream to the melted chocolate and mix well until you get a smooth, shiny ganache.
