Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice

  • 200g semi-sweet chocolate

  • 1 can of cream

Preparation mode

  • In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into individual glasses or a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mousse is firm.
  • Chop the semi-sweet chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent it from burning.
