The brigadeiro’s creamy texture with the crispy paçoca creates a burst of flavors, perfect for parties or a treat in everyday life.
Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk (395g)

1 tablespoon of unsalted butter

100g of chopped white chocolate (optional)

5 paçocas (cork type) crumbled

Extra crumbly paçoca to roll
Preparation mode
- In a pan, put the condensed milk, butter and white chocolate (if using). Bring to low heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning in the bottom.
- When the mixture begins to thicken and release from the bottom of the pan, add the crumbled paçocas. Keep stirring until the pasta reaches the brigadeiro point, totally unglued from the bottom of the pan.
- Pour the pasta into a butter -greased plate and let it cool completely.
- After cooling, grease your hands with butter, wrap the brigadeiros and pass them in the crumbled paçoca.
- Put the brigadeiros in pans and serve!
