Ingredients

1 very ripe banana

1 cup of 200ml soy milk

1 cup of 200ml rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Peanut butter to taste

pinch of salt
Preparation mode
- Place the oats, chia seeds and cocoa powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Add a pinch of salt, the mashed banana, soy milk and mix again.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Finish with peanut butter to taste and the recipe is ready to serve.
