Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 2 cans of milk (use the can of condensed milk as a measure)

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1 cup of Ninho milk

  • 1 package of cornstarch biscuits

  • 1/2 cup milk (to wet the cookies)

  • Ninho Milk (for sprinkling)

  • 200g white chocolate

  • 1 can of cream

Preparation mode

  • In a pan, mix the condensed milk, the two cans of milk and the cornstarch.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  • Remove from the heat and add the cream and Ninho milk. Mix well until smooth.
  • Let it cool.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  • Add the cream and mix well until you get a smooth and shiny ganache.
  • In a refractory, make a layer of Ninho cream.
  • Quickly soak the Maizena biscuits in the milk and layer them over the cream.
  • Repeat the layers until you end with a layer of Ninho cream.
  • Lastly, cover with the white chocolate ganache.
  • Sprinkle Ninho milk on top to decorate.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, so that the pavé is firm and well chilled.
