Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk

2 cans of milk (use the can of condensed milk as a measure)

3 tablespoons cornstarch

1 can of cream

1 cup of Ninho milk

1 package of cornstarch biscuits

1/2 cup milk (to wet the cookies)

Ninho Milk (for sprinkling)

200g white chocolate

1 can of cream
Preparation mode
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, the two cans of milk and the cornstarch.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Remove from the heat and add the cream and Ninho milk. Mix well until smooth.
- Let it cool.
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Add the cream and mix well until you get a smooth and shiny ganache.
- In a refractory, make a layer of Ninho cream.
- Quickly soak the Maizena biscuits in the milk and layer them over the cream.
- Repeat the layers until you end with a layer of Ninho cream.
- Lastly, cover with the white chocolate ganache.
- Sprinkle Ninho milk on top to decorate.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, so that the pavé is firm and well chilled.
