2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional, for a creamier sauce)

Preparation mode
- In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and honey until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise (if using), apple cider vinegar, and olive oil to the honey mustard mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix again.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning as needed. If you prefer it sweeter, add more honey. If you like it more acidic, add a little more apple cider vinegar.
