Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of sour cream (without serum)

  • 3 lemons juice (or to taste)

  • Lemon zest to decorate

  • 1 pack of cornstarch cookie (or other cookie of your choice)

  • 1/2 cup of milk (to wet the cookies)

Preparation mode

  • In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the cream. Add the lemon juice gradually, stirring constantly, until you get a consistent cream. The lemon will react with condensed milk, making the cream thicker.
  • Wet the cookies quickly in the milk (so as not to be soaked) and make a layer at the bottom of a platter.
  • Cover the cookie layer with a generous layer of lemon cream.
  • Continue alternating layers of cookies and cream, ending with the cream at the top.
  • Sprinkle lemon zest on top to decorate and add an extra touch of flavor.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the pave firm well.
