Registration remains open for the program offered by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI) to IT and AI technical students to complete an internship in Japanese companies in Japan. The program creates opportunities for interns to learn about overseas business strategies, various technologies, and specialized skills.
Those who register will go through an evaluation process, interviews, and if selected, they would be traveling between August and December 2024, in principle for a period of one month. Interns could have experiences on Digital Transformation, New business development leveraging AI technology, Web design and production for foreign markets, Market research/marketing in the intern’s country, Service development for foreign markets, etc.

Requirements:
- You have to have experience using IT and AI.
- must be able to communicate in English or Japanese.
- You must have nationality from a country listed in the OECD/DAC developing countries in Asia, Africa or Latin America.
The program includes:
- Round trip ticket
- Accommodation
- Internal transportation costs
- Previous training
- Daily per diem of ¥3000.
