500g clean shrimp (peeled and head removed)

6 cloves of garlic, chopped

4 tablespoons olive oil

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lemon

Chopped parsley to taste
Preparation mode
- Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for about 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden, but be careful not to burn it, as burnt garlic can leave a bitter taste.
- Add the shrimp to the pan with the garlic and olive oil.
- Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley.
- Mix well so that the flavors are incorporated.
- Serve immediately, accompanied by white rice, bread or whatever you prefer.
