Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 3 tablespoons butter (or margarine)

  • 2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease and flour a mold approximately 24 cm in diameter.
  • In a bowl, sift the wheat flour and baking powder. Book.
  • Using a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
