Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • A bit of salt

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a cake tin.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy.
  • Add the oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the egg and sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
