1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour

Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a cake tin.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy.
- Add the oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the egg and sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the liquid mixture. Mix gently until the ingredients are just combined. Do not overmix, as this will make the cake tough.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place in the preheated oven.
