Ingredients

2 fish fillets (can be tilapia, salmon, hake, etc.)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh or dried herbs to taste (parsley, chives, rosemary, etc.)
Preparation mode
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper and herbs.
- Place the fish fillets in the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat the airfryer to 180°C for about 5 minutes.
- Place the fish fillets in the air fryer basket. If necessary, do this in batches so as not to overcrowd the basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. Check halfway through and turn the fillets to cook evenly.
- When the fish is cooked and lightly browned, remove it from the airfryer.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes, such as salad, rice, vegetables or potatoes.
