Make the dairy-free chocolate cake with the ingredients below, following the preparation instructions below:

Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease and flour a cake pan approximately 22 cm in diameter or a medium rectangular pan.
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the warm water, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually add the liquid ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Add the hot coffee and mix until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. The dough will be very liquid, but this is normal.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place in the oven.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn it out and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
- Decorate or serve as desired. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top or top with a dairy-free chocolate frosting.
