Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice

1 can of cream

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1 cup ham cut into small cubes

1/2 cup of sweet corn

1/2 cup peas
-
1/2 cup grated carrot
-
1/2 chopped onion
-
2 cloves of minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for sautéing
Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a pan, heat a little olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the ham and sauté for a few minutes.
- Then add the corn, peas and carrots. Sauté for a few more minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, cream, half of the mozzarella cheese, and the sautéed ham and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish greased with butter or olive oil.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the rice.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
