With a couscous base of well -cooked corn and scrambled or fried eggs, this dish brings a combination of flavors and textures that is delicious and comforting.
Ingredients

1 cup of pre-placed cornflakes (for couscous)

1/2 cup of water

1 salt whistle
-
1 teaspoon of butter or margarine (optional)

2 Eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Green smell or chopped coriander (optional)
Preparation mode
- In a bowl, put the corn flakes and add the water gradually, stirring with a spoon to moisten the entire flour.
- Add a pinch of salt and let the flour rest for about 5 minutes to absorb the water and be well hydrated.
- Then put the dough in couscous (couscous -specific pan) and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until couscous is cooked and soft.
- If you prefer, add a teaspoon of butter over couscous after ready to flavor.
- In a skillet, heat a wire of oil or some butter.
- Break the eggs in the pan and season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the eggs the way you prefer: scrambled or fried.
- Pour the couscous on the plate, release it with a fork to be very light and cuddly.
- Place the eggs over the couscous and finish with green smell or coriander if desired.
