  • 2 cups cornmeal

  • 1 cup of wheat flour

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a loaf pan or use baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
