This recipe is perfect for those who enjoy sophisticated sweets that harmonize well with coffee. Ideal to serve at parties, such as dessert or accompany a cup of coffee.
Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk (395g)

1 tablespoon of butter or margarine without salt

2 tablespoons of soluble coffee (or 50 ml of strong and strained coffee)

2 tablespoons of chocolate powder (optional, to balance the flavors)

Chocolate granulated or crystal sugar to decorate
Preparation mode
- In a thick bottom pan, add condensed milk, butter, and soluble coffee (or strained coffee). If desired, add the chocolate powder.
- Mix well to dissolve coffee and incorporate the ingredients.
- Bring the pan to low heat and stir continuously with a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Cook until the mixture begins to unglued from the bottom of the pan, forming a consistent dough (approximately 8 to 10 minutes).
- Transfer the pasta to a butter -greased plate and let it cool completely at room temperature.
- Grease your hands with butter, make small balls with the dough and pass the granulated or crystal sugar.
- Put the brigadeiros in pans and serve.
