Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sour cassava starch

  • 1 cup of grated cured Minas cheese

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 ovo

  • A pinch of salt

Preparation mode

  • Preheat your Airfryer to 180°C for about 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the sour cassava starch and the grated cured Minas cheese.
  • In a saucepan, heat the milk and oil until it begins to boil. Remove from heat.
  • Add the egg to the hot milk and oil mixture. Mix well.
  • Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients in the bowl. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  • With your hands greased with a little oil, shape the dough into small buns.
  • Place the buns in the Airfryer basket, leaving space between them to allow them to expand. Bake at 180°C for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  • Remove the buns from the Airfryer and serve warm. They are delicious as a side dish or as a snack on their own.
