Chapanda, one of the leaders of the new generation Chinese tea brands with milk, has taken an important step in its global expansion with the opening of its first store in Europe, located in Barcelona, Spain. The initiative represents an advance in brand internationalization and reinforces the growing interest of the European market in tea -based drinks.

Since the inauguration of its first international unit in 2024, Chapanda has performed a positive performance abroad. One of its most popular products, Yangzhi Ganlu – a cold sago and mango drink – has sold over 140,000 units globally, boosting the brand’s presence in new markets.

Other Chinese brands in the industry, such as Heytea, Mixue Ice Cream & Tea and Chagee, also follow the path of internationalization, expanding to countries in Southeast Asia, Oceania and North America. The movement occurs in response to the slowdown rhythm of domestic market growth, which projects an expansion rate of only 5.7% in 2025.

In addition to tea brands with milk, flavored tea beverages such as Wanglaoji and Eastern Leaf, are also expanding their global presence. With the growing acceptance of Asian products abroad, Chinese companies seek to consolidate their international influence and gain new consumers.
