Krypto para According to journalist Summers, the Forms 19b-4 for the Solana ETFs owned by VanEck and 21Shares appear to have been removed from the CBOE’s website.
The documents in question are no longer accessible via direct links and no longer appear on the BZX Pending Rule Changes list.
Another interesting point is that both applications were filed on July 8, but the SEC never issued a Notice of Filing for them.
This information has led to claims that the Solana ETF applications could potentially be withdrawn.
