In a filing with the SEC today, Microsoft disclosed that its Consideration of Investing in Bitcoin proposal is now being proposed and will be a voting item for the stockholders meeting on December 10 (the filing states that “the Board of Directors recommends voting no on this proposal”).

The Microsoft board is recommending a no vote as they ‘already consider a wide range of investable assets’, including Bitcoin.
