While the financial conditions of the agreement are not announced, the purchase is expected to be completed by the end of May. After the completion of SCAM Alerts, Crystal will operate as an independent, non -commercial asset within Crystal Intelligence.

With this purchase, Crystal plans to facilitate fraud reporting, expand multi -lingual support and create a stronger support framework for victims. The company also plans to develop coordination with global law enforcement officers and local block chain communities.
