Binance, Scheduled to take place on August 29, 2024 Kaia (KLAY) announced support for network upgrade and hard fork.
Binance to Support Kaia (KLAY) Network Upgrade and Hard Fork on August 29
In preparation for the upgrade, Binance will suspend token deposits and withdrawals on the Kaia network starting at approximately 03:30 on the same day.
The network upgrade and hard fork will occur at block height 162,900,480, which is expected to be reached around 04:30 UTC on August 29.
While deposits and withdrawals are temporarily suspended, token trading on the Kaia network will continue uninterrupted during this time.
Binance assured users that it will manage all technical aspects of the upgrade and ensure a smooth transition.
Once the network upgrade is complete and the system is stable, deposits and withdrawals will be reinstated. Binance noted that there will be no further announcements regarding the resumption of these services.
This network upgrade is part of Binance’s ongoing commitment to providing its users with a safe and seamless trading experience.
