Ingredients

  • 200g chopped bacon

  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil

  • 1 medium onion chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 2 cups of cassava flour

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Chopped green chili to taste (optional)

Preparation mode

  • In a large skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same frying pan, add the butter or oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden and soft.
  • Add the cassava flour to the pan and mix well with the onion and garlic, letting it brown for a few minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, remembering that the bacon is already salty, so adjust the salt according to your personal taste.
  • Add the reserved bacon back to the skillet and mix well.
  • If desired, add chopped green scent to finish.
