“The Ethereum Foundation will immediately cease selling ETH for at least three years. Operational costs will be covered through AAVE lending, staking returns, and stablecoin borrowing. This ensures that ETH supply remains intact, consistent with our deflationary goals and strengthening market confidence.

Significant taxes will be imposed on all Layer 2 projects, allowing Ethereum to generate at least $5 billion in taxes annually. All taxes collected will be used to buy back ETH and burn it in a completely decentralized manner.

….”

Justin Sun stated that with the changes and plans he proposes, all resources will enable Ethereum to reach $10,000 by prioritizing scalability, security and adoption.

At this point, Sun finally says that if these steps are taken, ETH He added that he expects the price to exceed $4,500 within the first week and lay the foundations for its long-term success.
