It is a versatile recipe that can be served for breakfast, lunch or as follow -up for other meals.
Ingredients

2 cups of pre-cooked cornflakes

1/2 cup of water
-
1 tsp of salt
-
2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter
-
1 small chopped onion
-
1 chopped tomatoes (seedless)
-
1 grated carrot
-
1/2 chopped pepper
-
100g curd cheese or cubes
-
100g of shredded dried meat or shredded chicken (optional)

Smelling smell chopped to taste
-
Black pepper and other spices to taste
Preparation mode
- In a bowl, mix corn flakes with water and salt. Let stand for about 10 minutes for the flakes to absorb the water and get damp.
- Put the cornflakes mixture in a couscous and bring to medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes until the couscous is cooked and firm.
- While the couscous cooks, heat the olive oil or butter in a pan and sauté the onion until transparent. Add tomatoes, carrots, peppers and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until the vegetables soften lightly.
- When the couscous is ready, release it with a fork and mix with the sautéed spices. If desired, add the shredded dried meat or chicken, along with the cubes cheese. Mix gently.
- Season with black pepper and other spices of your choice. Finish with chopped green-smelling.
- Serve the hot tempered couscous, such as main course or follow -up.
