Preparation mode

  • In a pan, heat 3 cups of water or broth and add the salt.
  • In a bowl, dissolve the cornmeal in the remaining cup of cold water to avoid lumps.

  • Add the butter and mix well. If desired, finish with grated Parmesan.
  • In a skillet or pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until lightly brown.
  • Add the garlic and sauté a little more, be careful not to burn.
  • Add ground beef and cook until golden and loose.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato extract, and cook until the tomato crumbles.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for a few minutes until a thick sauce.
  • Finish with the green smell or chopped parsley.
  • Serve the polenta in back dishes and place a generous portion of ground beef on top. If you want, add more grated cheese on top.
