  • 4 Salmon fillets

  • 2 chopped garlic cloves

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley, coriander or dill)

  • Lemon slices (to decorate)

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven a 200°C (390°F).
