  • 200g of wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon of yeast powder

  • Butter and flour to grease the form

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven at 180 ° C. Grease a shape with butter and sprinkle with flour, or line with parchment paper.
  • Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and beat the egg whites until firm peaks. Reserve.
  • In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it gets a light and cute cream.
