Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a pan with butter and flour.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a hand whisk or electric mixer until the mixture is light and frothy.
- Add the oil and continue beating until well combined.
- Add the milk and vanilla essence (if using) and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Sift the wheat flour and yeast over the mixture of eggs, sugar and milk.
- Add the pinch of salt.

- Pour the dough into the previously greased pan.

- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before unmolding.
