Passion Fruit Mousse with Gelatin

Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk (395g)

1 can of cream (300g)

1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice

1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12g)

5 tablespoons of water

Pulp of 1 passion fruit

2 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation mode
- In a small bowl, add the 5 tablespoons of water and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin on top. Let it hydrate for about 5 minutes.
- After hydrating, heat the gelatin in the microwave for about 15 seconds, or until it is completely dissolved. Do not let it boil.
- In a blender, add the condensed milk, cream, concentrated passion fruit juice and dissolved gelatin. Beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl or divide into individual bowls.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the mousse is firm.
- In a small pan, add the passion fruit pulp and sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly.
- Let cool completely before using.
- After the mousse is firm, add the passion fruit topping on top.
- Decorate as desired and serve chilled.
