Bloomberg’s senior ETF expert Eric Balchunas made a statement on the subject and confirmed that the options in question will start trading tomorrow.
Balchunas said in his statement:
“Alison Hennessy said on ETF IQ that Nasdaq is ready to act, with $IBIT options listing “as soon as tomorrow.”
Options for Bitcoin Spot ETFs were approved a long time ago but required various procedures before they could begin trading. Most likely, we may finally witness these products starting to be traded tomorrow.
