Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup of oil

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup sweet cassava starch

  • 1 cup sour cassava starch

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Blend the milk, oil, eggs and salt in a blender until smooth.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese and beat again until well combined.
  • In a bowl, mix the sweet cassava starch and the sour cassava cassava starch.
  • Pour the liquid mixture from the blender over the starch and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
  • Add the baking powder and mix gently.
  • Pour the dough into an oiled loaf pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until the cheese bread is golden and firm to the touch.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before unmolding and cutting.
