Ingredients

1 cup of milk

1/2 cup of oil

3 eggs

1 teaspoon of salt

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup sweet cassava starch

1 cup sour cassava starch

1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Blend the milk, oil, eggs and salt in a blender until smooth.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and beat again until well combined.
- In a bowl, mix the sweet cassava starch and the sour cassava cassava starch.
- Pour the liquid mixture from the blender over the starch and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the dough into an oiled loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until the cheese bread is golden and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before unmolding and cutting.
