Make a lemon cake with gelatin using the ingredients below and following the step-by-step preparation instructions:

Ingredients

  • Massa
  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup of oil

  • 1 cup of milk tea

  • 1 package of lemon flavored gelatin

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • Lemon zest (optional)

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, milk and gelatin until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the sugar and continue beating.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour, mixing well with a whisk or wooden spoon.
  • Add the yeast and mix gently.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
