200g broccoli

Preparation mode
- Heat the oven to 200°C.
- Wash all vegetables well.
- Cut the carrots into slices or strips.
- Cut the zucchini and eggplant into cubes or slices.
- Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into strips.
- Cut the red onion into thick slices.
- Separate the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
- Peel and lightly crush the garlic cloves.
- Place all the cut vegetables in a large baking dish.
