- Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture. This should take about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. This helps the flour absorb the liquid, resulting in a softer pancake.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. If necessary, lightly grease with a little oil or butter.
