Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna (in water or oil, drained)

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon of cream

  • 1 teaspoon mustard

  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced or crushed

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  • Open the can of tuna and drain the water or oil well.
  • In a bowl, place the tuna and break it up with a fork until it is well shredded.
  • Add the mayonnaise, cream, mustard, onion, garlic, parsley and lemon juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous consistency. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • If possible, let the pâté sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend well.
