Ingredients

1 can of tuna (in water or oil, drained)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of cream

1 teaspoon mustard

1/2 small onion, finely chopped

1 clove of garlic, minced or crushed

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation mode
- Open the can of tuna and drain the water or oil well.
- In a bowl, place the tuna and break it up with a fork until it is well shredded.
- Add the mayonnaise, cream, mustard, onion, garlic, parsley and lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous consistency. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- If possible, let the pâté sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend well.
