1 cup of cornmeal

1 cup of sugar

3 eggs

1 cup of milk

1/2 cup oil

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 pinch of salt

Margarine and wheat flour to grease the pan
Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cornmeal, sugar and salt.
- Then add the eggs, milk and oil. Mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently until incorporated.
- Grease a pan with margarine and wheat flour.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
- Serve the cornmeal cake in slices and enjoy!
