Ingredients
-
4 pork tenderloins
-
Salt to taste
-
Black pepper to taste
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
-
2 tablespoons of honey
-
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
-
1 tablespoon soy sauce
-
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
-
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Preparation mode
- Season the pork fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Reserve half of this mixture for the sauce and use the other half to marinate the pork fillets. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil.
- Remove the pork tenderloins from the marinade and place them on the heated grill or frying pan. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the fillets are cooked and browned on the outside but still juicy on the inside. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- While the fillets are grilling, heat the reserved marinade in a small saucepan over low heat. Let it boil for a few minutes until it reduces a little and thickens slightly, stirring occasionally.
- When the fillets are ready, remove them from the grill or skillet and transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with reserved mustard and honey sauce. If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley to decorate.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes such as rice, mashed potatoes or grilled vegetables.
