Creamy carrot and noodle soup has a mild flavor and is very simple to prepare!
Ingredients

1 cup of pasta (tea)

1 large or 2 small carrots

1 tablespoon of wheat flour

Black pepper or chili pepper to taste

Preparation mode
- Peel and grate the carrot with the coarse part of the grater.
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and add the grated carrot.
- Stir well over medium heat while the carrot sautés until soft.
- Add the wheat flour and stir well. Add water and stir until dissolved.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir well and wait for it to boil.
- Add the pasta and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Finish with the chopped green pepper to taste and the soup is ready to serve.
