Preparation mode
- In a container place the eggs, oil, sugar and mix well.
- Add the lemon juice, water, wheat flour and mix again.
- Add the yeast, mix until homogenized and transfer the dough to a greased and floured pan.
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 30 minutes.
- Wait for the cake to cool before unmolding it and it is ready to serve.
